The Montane Wolf Jacket works superbly as a high insulation layer under a hard shell. In that sense the Wolf is quite different to the Jaguar which has a hard outer face and offers high degree of wind resistance and some water repellance. The Wolf is snugger, warmer and more comfortable but when the wind or rain gets up it requires an outer shell to provide protection from deteriorating conditions.
The Polartec Thermal Pro fabric used on the Wolf is a particularly soft and comfortable fabric combined with particularly high levels of insulation.

- Lightweight and compressible, deep pile for extremely high warmth to weight ratio
- Full length reversed front zip with anti-snag baffle
- Two zipped hand-warmer pockets
- DRYACTIV underarm stretch body contoured side panels
- LYCRA bound hem and cuff and rear shockcord collar adjustment
- Machine wash in warm water at 40C/104F with a mild soap. MONTANE recommends that you use Nikwax Tech Wash.
- DO NOT use fabric softeners or bleach.
