A light aluminium tent peg will weigh 12gm or more, our titanium ultralight 6"pegs only weigh 6 gm. Though you will save some weight the important thing is that the alloy ones quickly get bent and become a nuisance.
The Ultralight is tough but can be bent under duress (though incredibly tougher than aluminium)

"The titanium tent stakes are hardly extravagant, however, since they provide true utility. They're practically indestructible, a value you'll understand of you've ever pounded a tent stake into a rocky plat and watched it noodle into uselessness. Just for kicks, I hammered a Ti stake into a two-by-four and tried to bend it to no avail. The wire design won't do in sand or snow, but if it's time to replace those ratty stakes that came with your tent, why not splurge?"
