ReturnsYou may need to return an item for a number of possible reasons:
In all these situations you must return the items within 30 days of receiving the goods. Our conditions on how we handle these situations depend upon whether Hike-Lite or the product are at fault. The goods are not faulty and were not incorrectly shipped Return the goods to us (ideally with a copy of the order) saying what you would like to happen. If we need to ship you alternative goods we will need to charge your card for the cost of postage as you have already benefited from free postage on the first shipment. If you request a refund we will refund your card less the cost we incurred sending the item to you. The return is due to a product or shipping fault Return the goods to us (ideally with a copy of the order) saying what you would like to happen. We will either give you a full refund or ship a replacement product to you. We will also refund the cost you incur sending the goods back to us. However, we would ask you to return them using 2nd Class Signed For Mail as this is the cost that we will refund to you.
