Shipping and Delivery

You will receive an email confirming your order and then a further email when your order is shipped. Due to spam filters we cannot guarantee these emails will actually get to you.

UK DELIVERY

We do not charge any extra for delivery of orders shipped to the UK. Unless your order weighs over 2KG (which is rare) then it will be shipped by Royal Mail. Most deliveries will need to be signed for. Orders under £80.00 value are shipped as 1st Class Mail and will usually arrive in 1-3 days.

All orders over £80.00 are shipped using a next day service.

Orders over 2KG are shipped using a courier, Businesspost on a next day service.

If your order fails to be delivered by Royal Mail because no-one is around to sign for it then it is easy to go to the post office to collect it. A Businesspost depot is likely to be further away so you will probably need to arrange a re-delivery.

We charge for delivery outside the UK. When you checkout the site will advise you of the delivery cost.

Deliveries outside the UK and done use International Parcel Post. Depending on your country deliveries usually take 5-10 working days. If you required a quicker delivery then we can ship using TNT but there will be an additional charge. Email us if this is of interest.
